MINDING THE GAPS
12th Brno International Conference of English, American, and Canadian Studies
Brno, 5–7 February, 2025
With a doctoral symposium preceding the event on 3–4 February, 2025.
The conference takes place every five years with a tradition going back to 1986. The purpose of the conference is to join scholars and students of English, American, and Canadian studies from the whole of the Czech Republic and all other countries in the region, mainly, but not exclusively, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Austria, Germany, and others, in order to share the latest as well as long standing findings in all traditional areas of studies:
- Linguistics,
- Literature,
- Cultural Studies,
- ELT Methodology,
- and Translation Studies.
